Board Meetings
The MidAmerica Industrial Park is governed by a board of trustees who oversee Park operations. The five-member board is structured to provide multiple perspectives regarding Park business and economic activities. Three board positions are lifetime appointments and are made by the governor of Oklahoma, one is a GRDA board representative and one is the Secretary of Commerce and Tourism.

Hopper Smith, Brigadier General, ARNG (Ret.)
Brigadier General Smith is serving as interim executive director of commerce for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. He will serve as a Trustee for OOWA while in his position.
The board meets every other month and all meetings are open to the public; excluding executive sessions. Please see below for the 2023 board meeting dates. All meetings are held at 10:00 AM at MidAmerica Administrative offices located at 4075 Sanders Mitchell St. Pryor, OK 74361
