Turning Concepts into Reality: Innovation, Craftsmanship and American- Built Quality Drive TCI’s Growth at MidAmerica Industrial Park
For nearly a quarter century, TCI Manufacturing has embodied the spirit of American innovation by turning ideas into powerful, real-world solutions for the aggregate and mining industries. Founded in 2000 in Walnut, Illinois, the company began with a simple but enduring vision: to take concepts to reality by designing and building custom equipment that meets each customer’s unique needs.
From its earliest days, TCI has been guided by craftsmanship and a commitment to quality that set it apart in the industry. Two decades of steady growth led to the company’s next chapter with the opening of a new facility at MidAmerica Industrial Park in Pryor, Oklahoma, in 2024. The Park’s infrastructure, skilled workforce and central location made it the ideal setting for expansion.

TCI designs and manufactures custom bulk material handling systems including conveyors, high-frequency screens, feed bins, silos, crushing and screening chassis and complete processing plants. Every system is engineered, fabricated, painted and assembled in-house, giving customers confidence that every detail meets their specifications. What distinguishes TCI is its full control of the process— from engineering design to final assembly and product support— ensuring reliability and performance. As Reaver notes, the company does not build standard equipment; it builds equipment tailored to each operation.
As TCI approaches its 25th anniversary, the company celebrates a legacy of innovation and customer success. Recent achievements include large conveyor systems and high-frequency screening plants completed across the country, each showcasing TCI’s engineering expertise and precision. Another milestone was the opening of the TCI Product Support Center in downtown Walnut, Illinois, dedicated to parts, service and warranty support. The new center reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to its customers.
TCI’s expansion to MidAmerica Industrial Park represents both a strategic and symbolic step. The Park’s logistics network allows efficient service across multiple regions, while the surrounding workforce, known for skill and strong work ethic, positions the company for continued growth.

Looking ahead, TCI plans to expand its production capacity, workforce and product lines to meet rising national demand. Plans include strengthening engineering capabilities, expanding product support and integrating new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
