FROM THE DESK OF David Stewart: From Planning to Progress - MidAmerica’s Work Comes to Life
10/22/2025

At MidAmerica Industrial Park, we often talk about vision — about what is possible when we combine strategic planning with long-term investment. For years, our team and our partners have been laying the groundwork. Today, it is rewarding to see so many of those efforts come to fruition.
In recent months, we have celebrated several milestones that highlight the breadth of our work. The Cherokee Nation’s $28 million Child Development Center opened its doors, providing critical early childhood services for local families. At The District, Elevated Chiropractic has begun serving patients and Rooster’s Pryor is preparing to welcome diners, adding both healthcare and dining options to our growing community hub. Construction is underway on the Ridgeview Trails at MidAmerica, which will create new outdoor recreation opportunities and complement future residential development. And at our airport, a new terminal project has officially opened, strengthening our transportation infrastructure for business and industry.
Individually, each of these projects is significant. Together, they represent the community we have envisioned — a place where industry, workforce, education, housing and lifestyle all intersect. Our commitment has always been not only to grow jobs, but also to build a place where people want to live, work and stay.
The momentum at MidAmerica is the direct result of years of thoughtful planning, conservative investment and strong partnerships. As these projects take shape, they are more than milestones — they are proof that our vision is becoming reality. And they mark only the beginning of what is yet to come.
Onward,
David Stewart
