MIDAMERICA GIVES BACK: Pull for Patriots Raises Funds for Veterans at The District

On September 13, MidAmerica Industrial Park hosted the Pull for Patriots: Operation Haul for Heroes at The District — a community event that brought teams together for a fire truck pull competition.
Teams of 10 raced to haul a fully loaded fire truck across a course, competing not only for the fastest time but also for recognition in categories such as most funds raised and best team costumes.
All proceeds benefited Oklahoma Freedom Flight, a nonprofit organization that provides all-expenses-paid trips for veterans to Washington, D.C., where they can visit memorials and monuments dedicated in their honor.
By hosting events like Pull for Patriots, MidAmerica strengthens community connections while supporting causes that honor and uplift veterans.
