MidAmerica Ranked No. 4 Among U.S. Industrial Parks
MidAmerica Industrial Park earned the No. 4 position in Business Facilities magazine's 2026 Metro Rankings for Industrial Parks.

The national ranking evaluated industrial parks based on manufacturing activity and diversity, intermodal and utility capabilities, and available land and development capacity. Business Facilities cited MidAmerica's large-scale industrial environment, infrastructure, available land and diverse manufacturing base.

The recognition places MidAmerica among leading industrial destinations across the country and reinforces the Park's ability to support complex projects with room, infrastructure and long-term development capacity.
