MIDAMERICA UPDATES: MidAmerica Earns SEDC Best in Class Communications Award

MidAmerica Industrial Park has been recognized with a Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC) Best in Class communications award for its flagship marketing tool — the MidAmerica Strategic Overview: 2025 Edition.
The Strategic Overview is designed to support high-level conversations with site selectors, corporate executives and state leaders. It brings together MidAmerica’s most critical business development content into a clear, visually compelling format. From shovel-ready land and on-site utilities to infrastructure investments and workforce initiatives across 18 school districts, every page is crafted to showcase MidAmerica’s strengths and readiness for future growth.

The SEDC Communications Awards recognize outstanding marketing and communication efforts by economic development organizations across the South. Submissions are judged by a panel of consultants and practitioners on clarity, design and quality of information.
