The District Hosts Community Easter Event

On Saturday, April 12, The District hosted its annual Easter Egg Run, drawing families from across the region for a morning of community engagement and spring festivities.
The free event featured 10,000 eggs spread across four age-specific egg hunts, along with a visit from the Easter Bunny and refreshments provided by Sweet Bean Canteen. Children with special needs were encouraged to join the group that felt most comfortable for them, reinforcing The District’s commitment to community and accessibility.
The Easter Egg Run is one of several seasonal events held at The District each year, reinforcing MidAmerica’s continued investment in creating a vibrant, family-friendly environment for employees and the surrounding community.
