THE DISTRICT: Rooster’s Bar & Grill Brings Food and Fun to The District

The District at MidAmerica Industrial Park is expanding its dining and entertainment options with the addition of Rooster’s Bar & Grill, a new restaurant that will combine signature favorites from two of the brand’s most popular concepts. For MidAmerica, it is another step in building a community hub that offers employees, families and residents more reasons to gather and connect.
Owner Auston Mann said Pryor was a natural choice for growth. With locations already in Grand Lake, Tulsa and Owasso, the community’s location, welcoming atmosphere and The District’s new facilities made the decision clear.
“Rooster’s is always looking for opportunities to grow its brand, and Pryor was a perfect fit,” said Auston Mann, owner of Rooster’s. “The District is quickly becoming a destination in its own right, and we are excited to be part of that growth.”
The new restaurant will be the only location to feature a combined menu from both Drunken Rooster and Rooster’s Sports Bar, giving guests a wide variety of options. The space will also be packed with TVs for sports fans, along with a pool table and gaming to create a fun, family-friendly environment.
Rooster’s Pryor is expected to create 25–30 jobs while bringing daily food and drink specials to the community. The restaurant’s story began in 2017 with the opening of its first Tulsa location, and it has since expanded into multiple unique concepts across Northeast Oklahoma.
“The addition of Rooster’s strengthens our vision for The District as a place where businesses, employees and families come together,” said Sherry Alexander, director of business development and communications at MidAmerica. “We are thrilled to welcome them and look forward to the energy they will bring to the community.”
Rooster’s Bar & Grill Pryor is expected to open in early 2026 at The District.
