MIDAMERICA UPDATE: Building 630 Under Construction

Construction is progressing on Building 630, a 274,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse building at MidAmerica Industrial Park. The building is being constructed with precast concrete tilt-panels and will feature an interior clear height of 40 feet. Located on Armin Road with immediate access to State Highway 69A, the facility includes ample parking for staff on the north and south ends and 40 truck docks on the east and west sides. Core Architects, Inc. designed the building, Olsson, Inc. provided civil engineering services, and Crossland Construction Company, Inc. is the contractor. The building is currently pre-leasing and is expected to be completed and ready for occupation by the end of the year.
