Connectivity

Smack-dab in the center of the country at the junction of US Highways 69 and 412, MidAmerica is near some of the nation’s most highly-traveled thoroughfares. Midway between Dallas and Kansas City, we’re within 300 miles of 10 metropolitan areas and offer everything you need to keep your supply chain moving optimally.

Rail. Union Pacific Rail serves the MidAmerica Industrial Park from the Smith Rail Yard just west of the Park and has spurs located throughout MidAmerica.

Air. In addition to having an on-site airport with a 5,000-foot runway, MidAmerica is just 40 minutes from Tulsa International Airport and 90 minutes from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport.

Port. The Port of Catoosa, a multi-modal shipping complex, is just 30 miles away, and two other inland ports are within 30 minutes of the park.

Ground. MidAmerica is served by more than 70 trucking companies.

Access to US markets. Situated at “America’s Crossroads,” MidAmerica is equidistant from Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City. That means that nearly all US cities are reachable with next-day delivery—or better.

Next-day delivery and service capability to 23% of the total U.S. population, including 11.8 million businesses and 107 million households.

3-day delivery and service capability to 89% of the U.S. population.

Close to major retailers. MidAmerica is within 400 miles of the headquarters of 14 of America’s top 100 retailers, with Walmart’s 8 million square-foot warehouse in Bentonville, Arkansas, only 82 miles away. See our interactive map for more detail.

Global reach. Here you have a comprehensive network encompassing the NAFTA highway, CANAMEX Corridor, and deep-water routes to international markets.

Low-cost logistics. With regional affordability and Foreign Trade Zone advantages factored in, the park’s total logistics costs average 11–13% below other Oklahoma locations. And dedicated logistics services are available on-site.
