Board Meetings

The MidAmerica Industrial Park is governed by a board of trustees who oversee Park operations.  The five-member board is structured to provide multiple perspectives regarding Park business and economic activities.  Three board positions are lifetime appointments and are made by the governor of Oklahoma, one is a GRDA board representative and one is the Secretary of Commerce and Tourism.

The board meets every other month and all meetings are open to the public; excluding executive sessions.  Please see below for the 2021 board meeting dates.  All meetings are held at 10:00 AM at MidAmerica Administrative offices located at 4075 Sanders Mitchell St. Pryor, OK 74361
